How Your Data is Stored

Local Device Storage: All photographs, albums, and content created or uploaded through Obsid are stored exclusively on your device. This includes any edits, watermarks, or albums you create within the app.

No Cloud Synchronization: Obsid does not offer cloud backup or synchronization features. Your data never leaves your device through our services.

What We Do NOT Collect

We want to be clear about what information we never collect or access:

• Your photographs, images, or any visual content
• Metadata associated with your photos (including location data)
• Edited versions of your images created within the app
• Albums, captions, or any text you add to your memories
• Information about who or what appears in your photos

Single User Policy

Obsid is designed for individual, single-user use. This privacy model ensures that only you have access to your memories stored within the application on your personal device.

Minimal Technical Information

To provide basic app functionality, we may collect and store limited technical information locally on your device only:

• App settings and preferences
• Usage statistics related to app features (not content)
• Device type and operating system version

This information is used solely to maintain app functionality and is stored locally. It is never shared with third parties or our servers.

Your Control Over Data

You have complete control over your data at all times:

• Delete individual photos or entire albums through the app
• Clear all app data through your device settings
• Uninstall the app at any time, which will remove all locally stored data

Third Parties

We do not share any information with third parties. Since your photos and data remain on your device, they are never available to external services or companies through our app.

Children's Privacy

Obsid is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children, and our privacy model ensures that no content can be collected regardless of user age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy and notify you within the app. Your continued use of Obsid after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
