Obsid - User Agreement

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Obsid mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to all terms and conditions contained herein, you may not use the App.

This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Obsid ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the App.

Description of Service

Obsid is a mobile application designed to create and store personal photo albums documenting your love story. The App allows users to:

Capture and organize photographs in vertically elegant memorial albums
Add time watermarks to photos
Earn and use a virtual coin system
Access puzzle features using stored memories
Create a personalized love album

The App is intended for single-user access only. Each installation is licensed for use by one individual.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to your compliance with this Agreement.

This license does not allow you to: (a) modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App; (b) distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the App to any third party; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; or (d) use the App for any commercial purpose.

Single User Restriction

The App is designed for individual, single-user use only. You agree not to share your access to the App with any other person. Each license is intended for use by one individual user on their personal device.

Data Storage & Privacy

Local Storage Only: All photographs, albums, and user data created or uploaded through the App are stored locally on your device only. No photo data, images, or personal content is transmitted to our servers or any third-party services.

No Data Collection: We do not collect, process, or store any of your photographs, images, or personal content. Your data remains entirely under your control and resides solely on your device.

Data Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We shall not be liable for any data loss, including but not limited to loss due to device failure, damage, or reset.

Intellectual Property

The App, including all software, features, functionality, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your photographs and content created using the App. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as necessary to use the App as permitted herein.

User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You shall not use the App to:

Upload or store content that violates any law or infringes upon the rights of others
Upload or store content that is offensive, obscene, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate
Attempt to bypass any security features or modify the App
Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App

Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from this Agreement shall not exceed $50.

Modifications to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or us. We may terminate this Agreement at any time if you violate any provision. Upon termination, you must cease using the App and delete it from your device.
